Healthy Habits is a 12 session mental & emotional health curriculum that teaches people HOW to be mentally & emotionally healthy. This is structured around the 12 research-based protective factors supported by The World Health Organization and many others. We learned it doesn’t matter if you’re 7 or 70, there are specific things we all need to be doing to help keep ourselves mentally & emotionally strong. You’ll find here the tools we think is best to do just that.
